About The ICE Series Building on the success of the ICE series, the ICE251 is a 2.5-ton forklift powered by an 80V/205Ah Li-Ion battery, reducing carbon footprint and operating costs. Its tapered roller wheel bearings enhance reliability on uneven surfaces, while improved mast stability supports heavy-duty applications. With a diesel chassis and lithium-ion battery, the ICE251 is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. The ICE301 and ICE351 handle large-tonnage cargo and construction materials with low emissions and easy maintenance. With capacities of 3 and 3.5 tons, they combine the robustness of diesel trucks with the advantages of electric trucks. Equipped with high-capacity batteries, they ensure long operational hours to meet your work schedule.


Application

The ICE251 is designed for narrow aisle use, measuring 3573 mm in overall length and 1154 mm in width, making it 5% more compact than standard IC forklifts. Its upgraded steering axle and mast enhance durability, enabling heavy-duty applications in various working conditions. With large wheels and a waterproof design, the ICE251 is versatile for both indoor and outdoor use, even on uneven terrain or in rainy conditions, making it ideal for industries such as beverage, logistics, and construction. Similarly, the ICE301 is powered by an 80V/205Ah Li-Ion battery, while the ICE351 features an 80V/280Ah Li-Ion battery, both maintaining a spacious operational area of over 1.1 meters like diesel trucks. These models also provide high-efficiency performance during intense shifts, further solidifying their suitability for demanding environments.

Features

Lithium-ion technology: The ICE251, ICE301, and ICE351 are equipped with LFP Li-ion batteries, which prevent self-ignition and ensure safe operation. These models support opportunity charging, allowing them to be charged at convenient mes throughout the day without disrupting work schedules. This feature enhances their usability while maintaining a focus on safety.

Low TCO: The ICE251, ICE301, and ICE351 provide significant savings compared to diesel forklift trucks, with energy costs reduced by 30% to 50% thanks to their Li-ion technology. Compact size: The ICE251 features a smaller turning radius of 2290 mm, making it more suitable for operation in confined spaces compared to the ICE301.

Easy driving:  The trucks are fitted with electric-hydraulic braking systems that shorten the braking distance, enhancing safety while also reducing driver fatigue.

IPX4 rated water-protected design: Both the ICE251 and ICE301/351 are IPX4 rated, providing protection against water splashes from various angles. This waterproof design enables these trucks to be operated outdoors, even in rainy conditions, ensuring their reliability in diverse environments.
