Designed to leverage the benefits of lithium-ion technology, the TVL series boasts a compact size perfect for narrow aisle warehouse applications, ensuring optimal comfort and stability during operation. This 3-wheel electric forklift is powered by dual drive motors, significantly enhancing productivity.

Application

• Narrow Aisle: This counterbalance forklift is suitable for various applications, including indoor warehousing and narrow aisles, with a turning radius ranging of 1585mm for the CPD20TVL.
• Loading/Unloading: It excels in loading and unloading tasks at docks or side bay lorries, powered by its robust 80V battery. Its opportunity charging capability makes it an excellent choice for rental businesses.

Features
The TVL series forklift is equipped with a compact 80V/205Ah EP Li-Ion battery and an 80V/35A single-phase integrated charger featuring a 16-amp plug, enabling charging at any standard power outlet. The Li-Ion battery also supports opportunity charging during breaks, ensuring it can power the truck throughout the day. Additionally, it communicates via Can-Bus with the truck to optimize its usage at all times.

• 80 volt system offering powerful performance: The 80V dual drive motors (2*5.0 kW) provide greater power efficiency compared to standard 48V systems, significantly enhancing the TVL Series' productivity to 6 working hours per charge.
• Compact truck size: With a small turning radius of 1585 mm for the CPD20TVL, this series is ideal for small warehouses with narrow aisles measuring up to 3.5m.
• Large legroom: Thanks to the compact design of the EP lithium battery and the ergonomic layout of the control levers and foot brake pedal, the small truck offers generous legroom of 394 mm, ensuring optimal comfort during operation.​​​​
• Enhanced mast with optimal visibility and stability: The TVL Series features the same high-strength mast as the CPD20L2, providing excellent visibility and stability with minimal wobbling, even when fully loaded.
